Events

The ISHFLPN conducts and facilitates several small and large scale cross-sectoral training and professional development opportunities and events each year, to:

• increase practitioner knowledge and understanding of the family law system,
• build stronger working relationships across the family law system,
• allow for networking opportunities, and
• improved referral mechanisms.

Most events of the Network events are free or subsidised by the Government. If a particular training activity is relevant to your professional development needs, then an attendee may claim one unit for each hour of attendance in accordance with the guidelines of the professional body which regulates their industry. All members receive notice of upcoming Network events and activities. Professionals working with families can join the network for free by contacting the Network project officer at Contact Us.
