Michael Davies is our Family Law Director.  Michael has practiced in family law for 28 years. With that length of experience his  knowledge of family law in property and/or children’s issues is unsurpassed.   He obtained accreditation as a family law Specialist in 1993.  For the past 15 years he has held the position of Independent Children’s Lawyer.  This role entails the representation of children in custody disputes.  Our co-family lawyer is Natasha Pearson.  Natasha is a member of the legal aid family law panel.  She has completed her Independent Children’s Lawyer training.    The combined experience of Michael and Natasha, means they are able to provide professional advice and assistance for problems consequent to a separation, albeit property or the future living arrangements of children.
